What is Swivl? Can I watch a demo?

Swivl is an EdTech company dedicated to creating audio and video tools that create opportunities for coaching, collaboration, and self-reflection to improve teaching practices. Use the form above to request a demo of any of our products.

Do I need Teams in order to use a Robot?

Yes! In order for a Robot to operate it must be connected to a mobile device that has the Teams by Swivl app downloaded on it. If a Robot is not connected, it will only stay on for a few minutes before automatically shutting off. The markers will also not work without this connection.

Please keep in mind:

  1. Robots come with the cord that is needed to connect it to a mobile device.
  2. You do not need a Robot in order to use Teams by Swivl.
Does Swivl offer school-wide pricing?

Yes! Swivl offers School-Wide Licenses (K-12) and Department Licenses (Higher Education) for Teams by Swivl and Synth. These licenses give every educator within a school/district access to the tool. Fill out the request form above to learn more.

Does Swivl offer training for onboarding their tools?

Yes! When you purchase Swivl tools it includes access to live virtual training. We also have a wide variety of additional trainings available to add to your order that can support your implementation goals. Our Customer Success team will work with you to develop a custom professional learning plan to meet your needs. Contact us at success@swivl.com.

I have an old (or not working) Robot. Do I need to purchase a new one to replace it?

Swivl has a trade-in program that allows current customers to upgrade their old or not working Robots. For more information on this program, fill out the form above.
