After submitting your PO for professional learning, you will meet with a team member who will collaborate with you to identify your goals, finalize the content, and handle logistical details.
You must schedule and attend planning meetings to ensure we are meeting your organization’s needs.
Absolutely! We tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of your team. Before your on-site session, we will schedule at least two planning meetings to understand and fully accommodate your specific requirements.
Depending upon the length of the session, 25 individuals is ideal; however we can accommodate up to 40.*
*Keep in mind the physical space must also have enough room for the number of individuals and movement around the space.
Sessions last either 1 or 2 hours, depending on the content covered.
You can combine multiple sessions and include breaks between them.
We will schedule sessions based on the event’s start time, lunch break, and end time.
Our onsite days are 6 hours.
Typically, it is from 8-3, with an hour for lunch, but we are flexible depending on your needs.
The number of sessions in one day depends upon the length of each session and the number of participants.
Regarding engagement, virtual sessions are different from in-person sessions. To encourage more discussion, we limit the number of participants to no more than 30 participants.
We encourage participants to join from their computers in order to participate in break-out rooms.
Depending on the content, virtual sessions may last 60-90 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes available (but not required) for troubleshooting and/or questions.
We’ll provide information on preparing for your virtual session 3-5 business days in advance. Please inform your Swivl contact if you need more time. During the session, we’ll offer real-time troubleshooting suggestions. If the issue persists, we’ll connect you with our Product Expert team for further assistance. To ensure a hands-on experience, please prepare the tools ahead of time as directed. If not, we’ll adapt the content accordingly.
You can schedule up to 4 sessions depending on your agenda.
During our initial consultation call, we will determine what content needs to be provided to ensure the success of your users.
We provide a consultation call to discuss your needs and how we can meet them. We will provide a draft of the module(s) for your review and request for edits. After the edits are made, the modules will be published in the way that best suits your needs.
The initial meeting is the only required meeting. Reviewing and publication of the modules may be done asynchronously.
Modules can be provided as a file that can be uploaded to your own LMS, or we can house them and provide links.
We will work closely with you to create a custom eLearning experience that aligns with your unique needs and goals. Beyond customizing colors and logos, we can include personalized content such as introductory videos, recorded task directions, case studies, and examples that showcase how Swivl integrates with your specific projects, coaching language, standards, and processes. During our initial consultation, we’ll explore the various customization options to create a tailored learning solution demonstrating how Swivl can drive your success.
It is possible, depending upon the content you wish to be added. This will be discussed during the initial consultation call.
Please ensure that you or your organization owns any content you provide or that you have obtained the necessary permissions to use and distribute the material. This includes but is not limited to, text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
If not, we will work with you to find alternative solutions, such as using royalty-free or licensed content or creating original material that aligns with your training objectives.
